We visited Shaded Bloom at least once a week and the employees were wonderful people. Sorry to see Shaded Bloom closed, hoping they will find a new home close by in Lake Orion. So we can return for delicious drinks. Sometimes we sat outside, sometimes we had drinks to go and sometimes we sat inside. Also purchased specialty coffee grounds at various times.

Aesthetic cafe in Lake Orion with great vibes and friendly baristas. Offers a wide selection of iced or hot coffees/teas and specialty/seasonal drinks as well as baked goods and prepackaged snacks. We ordered the chocolate chip sconookie (cross between a scone and a cookie) that was worth breaking any diets for, and the cafe con miel and Americano. Both drinks were excellent. I would've loved to see a couple of savory items on the pastry menu but we were happy with what we ended up. I now know why this is a favorite spot for my teens and their friends when they want a place to hang out or study.Parking: Street parking in front of the building and around downtown Lake Orion and lot behind the building with access to two entrances

This coffee has legit ruined all other coffees for me!! I cannot start my day without my cup of Shaded Bloom coffee, and I refuse to drink anything else. The coffee shop is so cute and comfy, the speciality drinks always delicious. They carry organic, clean, local items- you seriously can’t go wrong here, best coffee house around.

super cute place! it's very cozy, the people there are kind and friendly, and the drinks are great! there was live music which was nice too! the only thing I would've liked is if the speakers were a bit quieter; I LOVE being able to listen to great musicians, but it was too loud to hear the people I was talking to at multiple points. super lovely cafe though, I definitely would like to return!Parking: There is a nice parking lot across the street. It's not huge so I can imagine it fills up during peak business hours, but I went at 10am on a Saturday and there were multiple spots. There is also a parking lot by the back entrance that I believe is a bit larger.
The coffee was smooth and flavorful, the atmosphere was pleasant and the service was friendly and attentive. We will definitely visit again.

I love this cozy coffee house in my hometown… so lucky to have it so nearby! The food and drinks are both sensational … the coffee SO delicious… and the atmosphere delivers a sophisticated city vibe that I love. My only complaint is that everything is pretty expensive. However, I would say that, while I always cringe at the total when it pops up on the register, I really feel that it is worth it.
