Forgot to double toast it or actually toast it at all they got the conveyor cranked up or something and then made the sandwich without looking at it and noticing it wasn’t toasted at all

This is the best Tim Hortons ive ever been too. Granted its the only one. This place has so many issues. The employees always want to talk to me. They are always out of everything bagels when I visit at night. I think it's all planned that way. It's shameful they sell vanilla cream when Boston cream is clearly superior.

They always get something with the order wrong. It's only ever this location as well they constantly mess up my order. It's only ever one drink as well so that takes skill. Just take the time to drive to another location or just skip it entirely because it won't be right.
Lack of variety in Tim bits. Tim bits came completely burnt. 100% dissatisfied. Idk why any body would ever sell these, these needed to go in the trash we literally just got home and are so disappointed. Burnt donuts suck.

I order egg and cheese croissant without meat/pork.I told twice and they don’t care.My religious not allowed to eat pork meat and mistakenly took one bit.It is really bad service and I think they don’t care customer what customer order.I took picture and I waste my money.

The staff was nice. I don’t think it should take 20+ minutes to make 1 large coffee, especially with 3 employees behind the counter & not a busy drive through. The gentleman who took my order asked me 15+ minutes later if I was the one with the large coffee? Yes. You took my order. I took a sip when I got back in my car & the coffee was already cold? Not sure how hot coffee got cold, unless they initially poured my coffee after my order then forgot about it. I unfortunately probably will not return to this location.
