Initially from the outside I thought Desis looked like a dive but we were very surprised going in and tasting the food. We loved all the memorabilia and the food was incredible! I got the fajita nachos and my husband got the chicken fajitas they were both excellent. If you're looking for some yummy Mexican American cuisine near Oscoda I highly recommend Desi's!
Delicious breakfast! Very reasonably priced and so good! The pancakes smell AMAZING! We've been coming here for a long time and we just love it. The atmosphere is very cool, so many old advertisements.
Desi's is a fantastic stop on River Road Scenic Byway for Mexican or American food. Their breakfasts are always cooked perfectly...I personally like the meat lovers omelet which is overfilled with meat and cheese. The hash browns are always just right, and coffee perfect. They have an extensive menu, and I absolutely love their fajitas, which they are known for. Service has always been great everything I've been there and the atmosphere is a really cool nostalgic...
