Parkside has great ice cream but extremely limited hours closing at 830 on July 4th the busiest night in Oscoda with the fireworks. My family got to the line at 825 and a worker popped up with a sign saying they are closing and she was the end of the line. Very disappointing. We then walked a few blocks down to Twist Yogurt who are open much later.
I have had lots of ice cream from small places this like and to me this one is definitely the best one out there. There’s a lot of options but not too many to make your head explode. The flavors are really good and there’s some unique ones. Even if you don’t want ice cream there’s still a lot of stuff you can try out. If you’ve got kids and are in the area you NEED to try this place out. In the end this place will always be worth...
