The manager on the night shift last night sucks. We went through the drive thru and the person taking our orders headset went out and the board told us to pull forward. When we got there we were trying to finish the order at the window (with no one behind us) the manager asked the person what happened and then yelled at the worker for finishing our order at the window. So we had to go back around. Terrible night manager, could have handled it a lot better and not yelled at the...
They execute my order correctly every time. The food is always hot and fresh. The staff are really kind. Above all else, they should praised for offering a level of hospitality no other Taco Bell delivers.

Got my food pretty quickly. I used the kiosk to order. Lobby was clean. Plenty of parking.
Keep in mind fellow patrons, it's one way in the parking area, you don't leave through the entrance!
