The cook in there made some tasty smothered chicken. 💜 Prices are very reasonable for what you get which is some reallllly good comfort food with HUGE serving sizes. Atmosphere is quiet and welcoming.
Foods pretty good as far as diner food goes this place runs into trouble on the service department it's absolutely terrible they will send ya out of there with half your meal the pie case looks great I hope your fillings are up to date then they offer a partial refund on the half a dinner they sold ya dont go by the way now that I'm reading other yeah prices are high and owner appears to be a jerk
The whole family spent 2 days in the bathroom after our visit. If I could give zero stars, I would. Food was not tasty or well-prepared in the least and was wildly overpriced. Dingy and ill-cared-for dining room. Staff is disorganized and unprofessional. The owner was disrespectful to staff and customers alike. Horrifyingly utterly clueless to the unabashed lack of professionalism and restaurant etiquette. I spent 15 years in the food and beverage industry and worked every position...FOH, BOH, management, admin, marketing. **Health department should take a close look at that operation.** The entire experience was a train wreck that we will not be looking to repeat, ever again.

35$ for four incredibly small ice creams. The single scoop was comparable to the “pup cup” from aldi for size 👎
Very disorganized operation. Staff and Owner take turns blaming each other any time there's a problem. Zero accountability. They are quick to blame their customers too, even when it's them that messed up. Lots of drama whirling inside that building. Food is okay, but not great, and sometimes bad or sometimes cooked very wrong. Been here quite a few times. Always lots of confusion, always lacking resources and communication. Keep giving them benefit of doubt. Not so sure anymore though. Last few experiences just keep getting worse with no end in sight. And seeing how they talk to people, about people, in front of people, isn't helping their cause at all either. I don't expect this business to last. You burn all your bridges all you'll be left with is ashes.

Stopped in for a quick bite with the family. There was less than 4 others dining so we thought, quick and easy... Waited FAR too long for our food. We all got hamburgers, the waitress was slow and messed up our drink orders and didn't offer refills. This was when they first opened so we figured they were new and still figuring things out. Gave it another chance, and got ice cream, the same waitress working, slow, not very welcoming did not greet us, and seemed confused. Ice cream is good but expensive. Not a bad establishment, but man the owner is SO unprofessional after looking at the replies to other reviews. This restaurant could be top notch if she showed an ounce of professionalism and maturity. I would not recommend this place not only due to poor leadership, hostility , and the inability to accept criticism but also for the non welcoming staff and slow service. This place has potential to change. Hopefully this will encourage them to simply do better.

Incredibly rude and unprofessional owner, a shame that what could’ve been a great local spot has been ruined by Lisa Farvers horrible attitude. If you can’t take simple feedback with grace you have no business (failing to be) running a diner. Do better.

Not one bad thing about this place unless you want to say the owner comes out and talks to every guest, has amazing energy, and the food is impeccable. In the winter we have family dinner there quite a bit and that’s almost 15 of us. We all get our food at the same time and Lisa takes my wife’s severe food allergies into consideration. Couldn’t ask for a better place.

Lisa and her team go ABOVE AND BEYOND for everyone! The meatloaf is unbelievable, they will make you anything they can and the prices are perfect for the area they serve. The peanut butter pie is a MUST!
Love the owner but some workers are something else but hay they all try to do there best..
so stop judging them, there trying to do there best no one's perfect, Not even you
So people if you don't like it or there prices then eat at home or elsewhere, sorry there not what you like but hay there perfect to me.

At least they have good service. The ice cream was good, the food was Middle ground at best, and their prices were outrageous. Two double ice creams and two Ruben wraps came to $56. If the ice creams were $7 a piece, the Reuben wraps were 20 and barely worth 10 at most. Their ice creams are relatively small for the price that you pay as well. Will not be back.

I went there yesterday for dinner they screwed up my order I ordered a half pound burger got a quarter pound burger and she said I'm so sorry I put it in as a quarter pound burger instead of a half would you like me to make you another Patty or another Burger and I said another Burger figuring they would fix their mistake and they charge us for the second Burger and it was ridiculous
