Jasper's menu is excellent everything I've had on there I loved especially the Mexican menu. the best nachos and taco bowl I've ever had! Lisa and her crew are top notch just love them!

i enjoyed eating here 3 times a week all last year all the emplyoyees are super nice the owner lisa is the best if we didnt support our local businesses we would have ghost towns all across America with empty buildings so be Americans and support american local businesses we love Jaspers i eat there at least 3 times a week

Stop in today for dinner, prices are on the high end ( over $35 for a 1/4 burger and under cooked fries, yes that's on the high end!!!!!!)and the food wasn't that good. Hell you could go to a fast food joint and get more food for less money and it would even taste better. The place was extremely warm. The mustard on the table ended up having a clog in it and when I tried using it it ended up splattering all over the place including on me (which ended up staining and destroying my shirt). Good thing I had an extra shirt with me. The fries weren't done and after waiting over a half an hour for a burger and fries I sure wasn't happy. The fries ended up with a strange flavor ( not good). I honestly will never go back not even for ice cream. And yes we did leave very soon after receiving the food because it we didn't finish eating it. Not good and I personally think if this is what people think of as wonderful tasting food, than they should really get out a little more to better places. Me personally I don't mind paying for good food, your food is not good!!!!!

Wonderful little diner! Took my family there the day before Easter when I moved to town. We had a large party and they were wonderful everyone loved their food. It's been a fav and when they come to visit they love going there. From breakfast to dinner. My little grandkiddos also love the kids menu and of course ice cream. My dad has come to live with me and he loves it too. We're regulars for Taco Tuesday and his fav black cherry ice cream. Super cooks, waitresses, and of course the owner!

Nice spot off the lake in small community with good selection and fair, moderate pricing. Street tacos were awesome! Nice offering of deserts and ice cream. Peanut butter pie really hit the spot.

Nice diner! Owner was very friendly, as well as the staff. The food was top notch! It was clean and comfortable. This place is highly recommended, I will be returning!
I'm a little worried about leaving this comment because it seems the owners cannot take constructive criticism... but here we go...
Been wanting to try this place since it opened. Finally got to try it this past weekend. Walked in for ice cream, took a menu to look because we were thinking of getting dinner later. After seeing those prices, we won't be dining here. For being a small town restaurant the prices are on the verge of "gouging". I've been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and never in my life would I charge $14 for a burger that doesn't come with fries. The bathrooms being outside overall is a bad idea. Walking in to the restaurant although it seemed clean, it was extremely warm in there. I wouldn't be able to enjoy my overpriced meal if we were to dine there. Some staff seemed irritated, maybe the heat?, others seemed really happy and nice.
Honestly, just shocked at what Jasper's was for being in Otter Lake.
I hope this restaurant can make it because the village does need a good place to eat.
But it seems that every one I know is saying the same thing... at this rate I highly doubt Jasper's will cut it.

Stopped in for ice cream, but after hearing the way management berated their staff, I won't be visiting again. That woman was beyond rude. If she treats her employees that horribly in front of customers, I can only imagine what else they have to deal with on a daily basis.
