Defying Bakery took on my order only about a month before my wedding due to our previous baker moving out of state, and they DELIVERED! They were able to copy the exact order that we had with our previous baker and the cake that they made was absolutely stunning and tasted amazing!
My daughter and I had lunch there yesterday and loved every minute. We recently lost our rock (My husband) spending time with 5 little kittens that played and cuddled with us seemed to heal just a little piece of us inside. Thank you for the good food, companionship and belonging.

I cannot recommend Defying Gravity Bakery enough! They truly made the best sugar cookies for my sister’s baby shower. Not only did they taste amazing, but they also brought my vision to life perfectly. Every detail was exactly what I had imagined, and the cookies were a huge hit with everyone at the party. You can tell they put so much care and creativity into their work. I will definitely be ordering from them again for future events!
