I love this place, it's between my home and Owosso so it's always in the way, go there and get some breakfast, lunch, or dinner and it's good. It's not world class, it's a diner, it's not supposed to taste amazing, it's supposed to be edible and not unpleasant. People want world class for some reason, but that diner astatic always makes me feel like I belong. Word of caution: Friday nights are ALWAYS packed, so be sure to go some other time...
A group of five went to Greg & Lou's restaurant for breakfast. Service was fast and friendly and everyone enjoyed their meal. Prices were reasonable. The restaurant was busy the time we were there and more entering as we were leaving, so it must be a favorite local spot.
The last few times that my friends, family and I have gone here the food and service has been subpar. Forgotten appetizers, forgotten fries, hair in my fries, scarce service, and undercooked food. I've always loved this place and recommended it but for some reason it has gone downhill this last year. I'd honestly recommend that if you're coming from out of town to enjoy some good food, think closer to home.
