I ordered from here twice today (Lunch for my kids, and dinner for my husband and myself). Today was the first time I have had any issues, and there were issues for both orders. First, I ordered 3 2pc combos and 2 3pc combos. They gave me 5 2pc combos. So I paid extra money for less stuff. For the 2nd order, my husband's food was fine, except the fries tasted pretty old. But my food was messed up. In the app, you can't customize wraps that are in the combo. You also can't customize the wraps that are listed as 2/$5. So I had to buy 2 individual wraps at $3/wrap just so I could customize it, then ordered a side and drink because, as I said, you can't customize if you order the combo. So I paid extra money JUST TO CUSTOMIZE my wraps. I put on there no mayo. I PAID for NO mayo. They put mayo on both wraps. I don't know what was going on today. I normally wouldn't even bother leaving a review. But 2 orders messed up in the same day. Get it together Owosso KFC. Y'all are normally great.

they could not get to work we had to come up with more money. They shorted us a 12 piece bucket Had to drive all the way back to pick it up. It was $75 and not worth the hassle. Too upset to enjoy

Thought the service was too fast to be true. I ordered a chicken strip combo....visually they immediately looked undercooked on the outside. I ate one and the last bite looked half raw. I broke open a 2nd one and it was definitely undercooked. They asked me to bring them back as if none of us work and have all the time in the world to just swing back to Owosso whenever we please. So I pretty much paid 10 bucks for a life water since I don't eat the biscuits or fries anyways. I'm looking forward to spending the rest of the night in my bathroom....fun stuff

They never seem to get the order right, when you ask for no legs and offer to pay the difference on an upgrade, to get home to find, legs.

Great place to pick up food! Logan who works there is the greatest. We have never had any better customer service and he goes out of his way to make us happy and I'm sure he does with everyone! Good job Logan!! Only thing I can say negative about this place is their white chicken is always so so dry. The prices are way way too high!! A couple of times ago when going through the drive-thru, The girl asked my husband to park and come in and get his food. I guess this was because she didn't want to hand it through the window because the bag was too full! Well if that's the case you should walk it out to our car then!!! For these reasons I gave it only three stars

The chicken can be good but too much greasy on the pieces two many bones not enough meat for what your paying for the chicken dinners.the sides of makaroni taste like a bland cheese need better cheese

Normally love the famous bowls but the one I order tonight was the worst one I've ever had. Made me not want to get them anymore. Lately any place in owosso has been yucky. The worker was nice though.
I'm a visitor from Sandusky mi working at Murphy's USA for 2 days I order a meal through doordash and was missing my mash potatoes I called and the lady was rude tolde to call doordash the problem not doordash the problem is your employees need to slow down and make sure your moderate correct and all items are there before bagging it and handing it to the driver ..I will never order from this place again

From what I remember when I was younger about how much it was a privilege to get KFC and how ohhh so good the chicken was.... ? It honestly sucks today's day and age for the extreme price for a 12 pc family meal is out of this world 40+ dollars WOW I can go Meijer/Kroger/Walmart and get twice as much chicken with twice the sides of just as good if not better tasting fully cooked and not soggy chicken, KFC better use there app for something of a discount but overall quite disappointing of the quality of the food for the prices ?
I ordered the new chicken nuggets and they are nothing like they advertised. Barely had any breading.

The Gal taking the order was so polite and accommodating with the elderly lady customer that was having a difficult time understanding the order. Kudos to this employee for being so kind as to taking the TIME to be helpful. That was what impressed me the most.
