Kaden helped me out and provided excellent customer service! 10/10 employee!
In previous months, they had great people working here. Not any more. They must have all quit. Stand and wait 15 minutes for food while manager and staff play on phones in the kitchen area loudly yakking it up and ignoring customers. Young woman working counter will barely speak so you can understand a word, exudes the personality and look of a half dead turtle and clearly hates customers. What a bummer.
The spicy hot wings at this location was really good and not really hard like really hard hard crispy to point where it cut your gums. I don’t know if they’re double frying it or what but when I first started getting them, they were softer they were more flavorful, and this is the second time that they were dried out hard and barely any meat on them for a 14 bucks with no sides. That’s not a good deal. I did have an issue about it the same thing it’s about two weeks ago....read full review
