we've been ordering from the Owosso location for years, but it seems that recently we've been having an issue with our sandwiches not being cut in half (which we always request)..9 out of 10 times our sandwiches are not cut in half and for some reason, the website does not let us order unsweetened ice tea. So, we were told by one of the drivers to put into the drivers notes that we actually want unsweet tea and not the drink we ordered (because we don't have the option for tea)....read full review
Love this sandwich shop. Quick delivery in the area and this JJ's also has a drive thru. It's convenient but usually jammed packed during the lunch rush. Would recommend ordering on the app and walking in to pick it up rather than waiting in line at the drive thru.

The girl working behind the counter was so pissed off that I came 5 minutes before they closed. Slamming things shaking her head .If it wasn't a online order I was picking up that wasn't already paid I would have left. I will not come again.
