I went to the lab at Mermorial Healthcare in Flushing and Brooke was very kind and patient. She did great at drawing my blood. Only 1 poke. Im very happy.

I recently had my first experience with poison ivy while on vacation in Michigan over the Fourth of July. The rash was healing, but my right leg became infected, and it was concerning because I had to leave in a day to return to my travel healthcare, job 500 miles away. I decided to go to an urgent care in Mount Pleasant where I was staying with my daughter and I was given topical ointment to put on the wounds. Shortly after I left there, I developed a temperature of over 102 and a headache. My leg was getting worse. I drove an hour to my mother‘s house and we decided to go to Memorial healthcare later that night. As an adult, I hadn’t felt this bad in a long time and was hoping for compassionate care. It started with a long wait in the waiting room and then being placed in an ER room and left. The doctor came in about a half hour later introduced herself without a smile or genuine concern. I told her I had a headache and didn’t feel great and she asked me why I didn’t take Tylenol and that’s why I have a headache in a shaming manner. She looked at my leg without touching me without doing any diagnostic test and said I’m gonna give you two Tylenol and Keflex and left. A nurse came in gave me the medicine and took my vitals then quickly gave me discharge instructions. Not a smile not an ounce of compassion and definitely left feeling like I was a total burden. If a few weeks later, I receive a bill for $1671. To me that seemed a little steep for the care I got. It is with great regret that I drove the hour to go to memorial I had such high expectations as I worked in the ER for for 10 years and my mother had just retired after working 52 years in human resources. She was by my side to witness my visit in its entirety. She seemed very disappointed because for years, she was a representation of the hospital and raved about it to everyone. I spoke to the billing department regarding my Care and the cost and after review was told that they were sorry for my disappointing experience and that there was no wiggle room with the bill. Earlier in the day, I took my dog who has a chronic condition to the vet, and I can honestly say that he had a much better experience than I had. I regret my decision to use Owosso Memorial Hospital and I would encourage anyone thinking about going there to go the extra mile out of town to facility that could offer you better care and compassion and possibly a cheaper price.

I ended up walking out without being discharged by Dr. 5 hours was long enough. Dr was timely and labs and CT staff were on the ball but only saw my nurse once after 2 hours and I left after iv came out. it was pulling blood out after bag was empty. Total lack of care by nursing staff.

A HUGE thank you to everyone on the Labor and Delivery floor. I have nothing but amazing things to say about everyone who helped my wife and i out while we welcomed our little girl. Literally everyone we encountered throughout our stay was so nice and supportive. I truly don’t think there’s a better team out there. Special thanks to Mylissa Sergent, she was an absolute rockstar while my wife was in labor. Mylissa you truly are one of the most talented individuals I’ve ever seen. Your passion for making sure everyone is comfortable and being there the whole time my wife was in labor was amazing. You are without a doubt a role model everyone should look towards in this field of work. Also special thanks to Dr.London. You are such a wonderful doctor. Your calm demeanor and knowledge is second to none. You check every box of what a good doctor and human should be. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I can’t recommend Memorial Healthcare enough for everything. Everyone it’s so important in the whole ecosystem, from the lady’s in the cafeteria to the cleaners throughout the halls. Thank you everyone so much from the Kaufman Family ❤️

Everything was good. I had the sub, soup, cookie, cinnamon nuts, and smoothie. Will be visiting again when I have another appointment.

I went to big salad and got a take out, not only was the chicken salad gross it made me very sick after. They sent me a email asking about my feed back and they called me the next day asking my name and why I said the salad was dirty (which it had black dirt in it) I did not have any dressing either and how there salads are never dirty and why I would say it made me sick when it’s clearly something else I ate that day. I yet have said a word, when I started talking I told the lady I am not going to argue about a salad. That I’m not taking back my negative review and I didn’t eat anything that day it was the salad that made me sick. I have never ever in my life have been yelled at from a restaurant for leaving a honest review. Do not go to this place, and do not leave your number on the take out order unless you want to be harassed by the manager.

Im not a salad person but this salad bar is amazing. The potato soap is the best and specialy the penut batter banana smoothie is just cloud 9 to me . Friendly people and clean environment. Love this place❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
