I went to big salad and got a take out, not only was the chicken salad gross it made me very sick after. They sent me a email asking about my feed back and they called me the next day asking my name and why I said the salad was dirty (which it had black dirt in it) I did not have any dressing either and how there salads are never dirty and why I would say it made me sick when it’s clearly something else I ate that day. I yet have said a word, when I started talking I told the lady I am not going to argue about a salad. That I’m not taking back my negative review and I didn’t eat anything that day it was the salad that made me sick. I have never ever in my life have been yelled at from a restaurant for leaving a honest review. Do not go to this place, and do not leave your number on the take out order unless you want to be harassed by the manager.

Im not a salad person but this salad bar is amazing. The potato soap is the best and specialy the penut batter banana smoothie is just cloud 9 to me . Friendly people and clean environment. Love this place❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The Big Salad has the BEST smoothies in town. The berry lemonade is amazing. Sweet, but not overly sweet, and tart. They also have the best snacking granola as well. There are plenty of options for everyone here. The staff are consistently kind and friendly. I enjoy going here and would recommend it to anyone.

First time our office of 9 ordered lunch from The Big Salad. 2 days ahead. Some ordered salads some ordered sandwiches. The bread was sooo hard my first bite I broke a tooth. My supervisor ordered a sandwich also and mentioned how stale and hard the bread was and asked not to order from there again. ?

Today we ordered to go! It was the absolute WORST!!! I never give bad reviews… even when I get bad service. However, today will be the very 1st! GET IT TOGETHER! I started my road to better eating today is the 1st day of our challenge My boss picked up our salads… THE WORST!!! The lettuce/brown was wilted (majority of what was in the bowl), 3 mini squares of chicken, 2 small pieces of orange! I mean we literally had little to no ingredients in our salads. One of us ordered a strawberry salad and was told it’s seasonal! Why is it on the menu to be selected? Why did you only let us know upon arrival to pick you order! Terrible This was poor representation of The Big Salad! I lived in Troy area and it was the absolute best! NOT HERE!!!! Nearly $15 bucks down the drain. All of us were VERY Disappointed! NEVER Again!!!!

To start with,I rarely post reviews unless I deem it necessary. In this case it is very necessary. I decided today to take my Fiancé and her friend to lunch here. You would think to yourself who in their right mind would want to eat at a hospital? (due to us having a baby it was close and we were hungry lol) well let me tell you with the very modern design the walk in is very approachable and comfortable. The ladies working were super kind and super courteous. We ordered our food online and showed up early and they were kicking it into the highest gear possible to give us our food not only quickly but efficiently as well. Now to go onto the look and the flavor of the food. I ordered personally a Caesar chicken wrap add bacon. Not only did it look like delicious but every single bite was that of savory fresh and delicious. I will recommend this place to anyone I get the chance to. Thanks for filling my apatite and my taste buds!????
