Was charged for a drink refill. When asked why we were charged for a whole second drink the waitress said they charge refills as if you bought another one... at $3.75/drink to begin with. So for $7.50 + tax/tip it was over $8 for the soft drink... wild.

We stopped by for lunch and a beer. I had the crispy chicken sandwich and thought it was good. My brother had the grilled chicken sandwich with avocado and also liked his. I'd definitely go back.

We’ve always had good food and service any time we’ve been here. It’s exactly what you’d expect. But today there was a server(not even ours) who went out of her way to make my young sons(2&4) feel special. With a random act of kindness. When I told my son that I didn’t have any cash for the duck claw machine, she overheard and had pulled a pair of singles out of her book for my sons to “win” a duck. I didn’t accept it, because we have too many toys as is, and my wife generally keeps a little cash(which my son begged from her). I didn’t her name, but I hope her manager sees this. She is a lovely young woman 5ft(ish) with medium brown hair in 2 long braids.

Faith was our server tonight (10/7) we had a party of 7 and a baby. Faith took at least 8 minutes to come and get our drink order, but we quickly realized she was the only one on the floor so we completely understood and made no comment about it. as she took our orders, her attitude left us shocked. my brother asked for our wings to come out with the our appetizer dips, to which she snarkily replied “that was the plan”. she asked if we needed anything and we did, (a few limes) to which she told us (multiple times) she was the only server. why ask if i need anything if you’re going to be mad when i do? it was clear this server takes her anger out on her tables, and as someone who is also a server (at a bar!), she should not be working there if she cannot be even remotely nice to people when the night isn’t going how she’d like. i ordered a caesar salad with salmon, and when it arrived i thought i had been served chicken. the salmon was grossly overcooked, not one hint of pink, they served it to me dry, crispy, and white. if my server had been decent i would have felt comfortable bringing it up, but this was my first time here and my family and i were left disappointed in EVERY way. will not be returning and you shouldn’t either.

Food was just ok. Burger patties are pre-formed frozen off a truck.

Don't order the Southwest Egg Rolls! You'll only get 3 small egg rolls. Certainly not worth the price. Although the taste was fine.

Was there yesterday afternoon. The waitress was new but kind but the food was awful starting with the old tasting iced tea and then the Cajun bites looked like minced fat on a plate that was full of gristle. The burgers tasted like frozen Walmart burgers , just bad all around also the wings were not even seasoned. Never again will I return. Avoid at all costs.

Love it

Party of 7 people for dinner. Horrible service last night (Wed July 3). It was 1/2 off burger night. The restaurant was almost full, but you didn’t need to wait for a table. Food was very good but service was terrible. Had to constantly ask for refills (water and pop). Never got silverware - ended up getting our own napkins. Restaurant was 1/2 empty before food was served. Food took 2 hours to be served. Maybe they had call-offs from kitchen and wait staff last night but server never said anything or apologized about the slow service. Not a good experience for our 1st time at this place.

I’m currently sitting here waiting for the past hour and a half. We got our drinks after 1 hour and have yet to been visited again for refills. There has been no apologies or anything. Our waitress walks past us without acknowledging us ever. Very upsetting service overall.

I love this place. It has great service, food and atmosphere. The daily specials are an added bonus.
