Enchiladas are now smaller and filling wasn't to the ends. Although plate was scalding-hot, rice and refrieds were cool.

Casa has gotten extremely busy and they have lost a lot of their good servers. One of the issues we have is the owner sits there in one of the booths watching one waitress run the whole restaurant, including the bar and he doesn’t even get off his ass and lift a finger to help. We find this disgusting! Then we watched him berate one of the waitresses after she was handling 20 tables and the bar almost by herself with very little help from anybody! if they don’t change their ways, get new management or hire some servers they will go out of business. Tge guy who owns it now is running it into the ground. There’s also a lot of repairs that need to be done that he is neglecting. For example, all last year water was dripping in the entrance with a puddle of water all over the floor we literally had to duck under the dripping water, and now the bathroom walls are literally falling down with pieces of wood and nail sticking out of the walls this restaurant has been a staple in our town for decades, and sadly the owner is destroying it

Server/bartender was more interested in her phone and chatting the other server than waiting on us. Food was just ok, better options in Lake Orion or Lapeer. Tried it twice, won't be back.

First and foremost I have to say I have never been to a restaurant where the menus were so dirty, messy sticky that it was almost unbearable to touch them however. The people I was with really wanted to stay and try their food we did. And the food was not great. This is not a restaurant. I would care to go back to anytime. I felt sorry for the waitress. It seemed like she was there all alone, whatever I'm sure there was a cook in the back.

We’ve always had a great experience at Casa. The food is delicious and the margaritas aren’t weak- many places aren’t worth their price for a margarita. They don’t disappoint!

Food was great. Had the Las Chimis, wife had enchiladas. Both were very good. Decor is very cool too but something needs updating. Just reminded me of Mexican restaurants from the 90's.

You’re online menu does not reflect the price we were charged with our takeout meal. The menu said a wet burrito is $9.95 but we were charged $14.95 with the excuse that the website hadn’t been updated yet. Shame on you. Our takeout meal included salsa that was frozen, solid, the chips were stale as weak old bread, and the main meal was at room temperature. Your person in charge, as she referred to herself, claim that I should’ve inspected the meal prior to having taken it away despite the fact that it had already was wrapped up for takeout delivery. Please call me for further discussion as to all the other problems I had today with your staff person who would not explicitly answer whether she was the manager, in spite of my repeated attempts to get her to do so. She also refused to give me the name of the owners so that I could speak with them directly to inform them as to what’s going on in this business. Thank you Dominic , 586-530-0057

An absolutely terrible and unforgettable experience with the person who would not tell me if they were the manager, only that they were “the one in charge,” In spite of my repeated attempts to get her to answer, “yes or no” If they were the manager. We ordered a takeout, and discovered that the price we were charged did not reflect the actual menu cost, for example: The wet burrito was listed at $9.99 And we bills $14.95 For the lunch item. When I brought this to the attention of the person in charge, they told me that the website had not been updated to The current price. In addition, when we opened up our takeout meal, the salsa was frozen solid, the chips were stale, and the meal itself was at room temperature despite the fact that we only drove 5 miles back to our house. Moreover, when I asked to speak to the owner of the establishment, the so-called person in charge refused to give me that information.

All in all, I urge everyone to stay away from this place. I have never been treated so badly From a restaurant before.
When I asked them if they would either refund our money or give us a meal as was intended to be made, the best she could offer was a 10% discount.

Stay away from this place!

My brother and I ordered the chicken enchiladas. The chicken and the tortilla were both tough! As for the chips and salsa, the salsa was good and the tortilla chips were awful and had no flavor as if they went down the street to the store and bought cheap tortilla chips off the shelf! You do not get shredded lettuce or sour cream on the 3 enchilada dinner, you have to order the 2 enchilada dinner to get the shredded lettuce and sour cream added. Very stingy on the serving you get! The service was poor to say the least, our server was not pleasant. This is the fourth and last time I eat at this establishment! Very disappointing!

Do not go to this establishment if you expect any amount of service or honesty.

We came in to have a nice lunch and were seated around 2pm. the wait staff proceeded to disappear for an hour, reappearing at 3:01pm so that we would be forced to order off the dinner menu (which is 50% more expensive). The building was empty so the locals probably knew what we would soon find out. The food ranged from average to bad. The kids food was burned to the point of being uneatable and over the entire 2 ish hours we were there we had our drinks refilled one time. We are generally not complainers so we paid our bill (50$ more than expected) tipped well and went home very displeased.

This is where the nightmare really began. Soon after my family would face what we are now calling poopagedon! It started with a grumble in my stomach and i looked around at the rest of my family and i knew we were in trouble. One by one my family began violently throwing up, some in the toilet, others in the sink, another in the bathtub. We battled the hot lava vomit and explosive liquid, exploding out of both ends. I toiled with my own uncontrollable digestive battle as i fought to keep my family hydrated. When it was over the bathrooms in my home will never be the same again. My wife is so traumatized she wont even go into our master bathroom anymore. I am debating sending an invoice to casa real for damages to the plumbing in my home.

The second part may be an exaggeration, but food poisoning definitely took place.

Would not recommend. Will not return.

Tacos were good. But the service was HORRIBLE. Our server is the WORST I've ever had. She had a horrible attitude, and raised her voice because I couldn't understand her the first time. And when I finally placed my order, she sounded super annoyed as if she still couldn't understand me. After paying the bills, my husband asked for a box TIWCE, but she straight up ignored him and didn't give us any box.
