Little Caesars Pizza is a popular fast-food restaurant known for its quick and convenient service. The drive-thru window makes it easy for customers to pick up their orders, and the staff sometimes even offers extra items for free at the end of the night. The new pepperoni puffs are a hit with customers. However, the restaurant can get quite busy, especially during peak hours, leading to long wait times and understaffing issues.
The restaurant's chef, Mason, is praised by customers for his friendly demeanor and attention to detail, ensuring orders are correct and treating both customers and coworkers with respect. Customers have also highlighted the delicious garlic cream cheese for the breadsticks, which is a popular addition.
Despite these positive aspects, the restaurant has faced some challenges, with a few incidents of orders being incorrect or dropped. One customer had a negative experience with a staff member who displayed a poor attitude when trying to resolve the issue. However, the restaurant's hot and ready pizzas, including the extra most bestest, continue to impress customers with their quality and pepperoni coverage.
