I'll start by saying I've never had Taco Bell before moving up here, originally from North Carolina. Oxford is a quite smaller town which leaves few options for fast food. The past 4 times I've gone recently have been great. Management is clearly present. I witnessed one lunch rush where one of the managers Shelly was encouraging and pumping up her crew while working diligently beside them. Went to this location on Sunday 04/26. Was very pleased with the cleanliness and everything was stocked. The best part of our visit was dealing with Garrett. He greeted us with a smile, went above and beyond in taking our order and was just a joy to speak with. He is truly an asset to this location and we will be back again.

I went through the drive through and ordered extra meat/cheese on my items, but there definitely wasn't any extra! I was real disappointed when I got home, but too far away/inconvenient to drive back :(
