Been a couple times now and both times were good. I don't recommend the chicken and dumpling soup though, flavor was good but I struggled to find chicken or a dumpling bigger than a pea in either my brother or my own bowls of soup.
Tragic I can't stop in here more often. Within 75 yards from my current home in oxford; I've been coming to this establishment since I moved to Michigan from Oklahoma back 2018. I used the OX as a right of passage, and once I found a catalyst in my life to reinvent myself I did just that. Nowadays as a place holder, I come back here and remember who I once was. My family went here for my brother's rehersal dinner. Every interaction my mom had with the restaurant was great. I also had great interaction on the phone and in person when I asked about accommodations and allergy protocols for celiac/gluten-free. When we ordered my daughter's food they were aware, and took it seriously. They communicated well with us. Was able to answer my questions (tortilla chips made in house but shared fryer)... My daughter was able to enjoy...
