Driving south from Superior, discussing how hungry rock hounding can make a car full of women and out of the corner of our eye we spotted Catch of the Day. Let me tell you, it was better than any of the agates we found and the Onion rings were heavenly , the fish was as tasty as any my Dad ever brought home and the picnic table in the shade was a welcomed place to rest our weary bodies after 4 hours in the sun. I look forward to the next trip.
You haven’t had an Onion Ring until you have one at Catch of the day. Hand battered and fresh. Yum. The fries are great too, much better than those McDonalds served. The pulled pork smoked 12 to 14 hours. Hope to get back here one day.
