The MOST AMAZING FOOD!! The most amazing person!!! I will be returning every time I am in the area. I HIGHLY recommend stopping! The wet burrito was 10/10 PERFECT. Such a blessing thank you so much!
Food was super Fresh. We totally enjoyed the Taco’s and Burrito. Fresh and Fast service. Owner Debi was super pleasant. Highly Recommend this Food truck.

6 Deluxe soft tacos- they were huge and freshly made.
Meat & Cheese Quesadilla- homemade salsa was delicious, quesadilla was so cheesy and good.
Carrot Cake- amazing flavor and cream cheese frosting.
Chocolate Caramel Cake- super moist, amazing flavor.
Brownie Supreme- moist, great filling between layers.

Ebby's serves freshly made, huge Deluxe soft tacos and delicious Meat & Cheese Quesadillas with homemade salsa. Their desserts, including Carrot Cake, Chocolate Caramel Cake, and Brownie Supreme, are moist and flavorful. The food truck also offers a perfect wet burrito. With pleasant and attentive wait staff, including owner Debi, Ebby's offers great food and a clean environment, with fresh and fast service, although prices may be a bit high.
