Their iced tea is very refreshing, and the first time I actually made a stop there was when some of my friends who hosted a early Christmas party there in 2025 gave me a good memory even though it's a little small it's a cute cafe to sit with friends and other and have coffee conversations. ✨

I love this Biggby. Compared to the others I have been too the staff is wonderful and the coffee is great, unlike other Biggby stores I won't mention by name ( Gull rd) that always smells like burnt coffee and tastes bitter. Greatness takes time so if there is a line deal with it or go somewhere else!

I've been to several of these locations around southwest Michigan as of late. Mostly because of coupons and veterans day haha, but 3 out of 4 had where wonderful. At one was asked for a tip from the tender. At the price the drinks are and its a drive thru window. Not a bar in a pub with cocktails... located riverview drive kalamazoo mi. Yes they were tipped. The temperature is a bit chill on the hot drinks as well but I don't blame business for bringing down the Temps....
