Stopped in with the family a little after 9pm Friday night and couldn't get anyone to wait on us. At least 3 people were inside laughing and joking around. Look at your security cameras you will see I'm not lying. I was driving a new charcoal gray escalade . Went to Wendy's across the street.

So apparently they can just lock their door in the middle of the day without a sign or explanation as to why. And last time I was there I got 6 curly fries for large size order. Arby’s can do better than this for service. What a disappointment!

Pulled up behind two other cars and waited 15 minutes to pull up. The car in front of me asked to place two orders and was told they couldn’t. When the driver said,” you don’t need to be lazy” the lady on the speaker proceeded to screech at him about being short handed. I work in fast food I absolutely get how much it is not fun when you are short handed. But how we handle it shows the customer the type of management that team has. I still placed my order and the lady was very nice to me. I ordered a Rueben which upon getting home and seeing it I guess I should have gone somewhere else. Arby’s do better. $7 for this?
It’s been a while since I’ve had Arby’s. It wasn’t as good as I remember and they no longer have potato cakes :(
