I am a big Bigby fan, it is our go-to when traveling. Today we stopped by this one, it was clean and the staff was friendly. I appreciated the kids drinks as it made it fun for my toddler. The only downside of ALL Bigby is the lack of changing tables in the bathroom, I really do not understand how a coffee shop that has kids options not have changing tables.
The girls that work there are really nice and friendly 👏 they are doing a great job trying to get everyone their orders fast, correctly, and with a smile. That's impressive 👏 👌 👍

I went to biggby today and went through the drive thru and the lady taking my order & payment was just so sweet had a conversation with me and didn’t just take my money and turn away. The lady giving me my drink was also so sweet. They all had a smile on there face and really cared about there customers. I will definitely be back to this location as it was my first time going to it.
Thank you ladies you made my night.
