Went inside to pick up an order and all I can say is EWWWWW! The food wasn’t half bad but that’s not the problem. The floors were CAKED in dirt and straw wrappers were everywhere. Also, the lady At the front counter was pretty nice, but HOW THE HELL is someone a manager who can’t even take orders properly. Not to mention the wait time. I waited about 25 minutes just for food. Talk about “fast” food, am I right. This place just sucked

Went and got The Adam's Family meal inside . waited 15 mins for food Fries were horrible. Girl at register wasn't paying attention to the face her lobby tables were dirty. very disappointing

This place is a joke. Waited 10 minutes on hols at speaker and nobody ever came back on to take my order, which I had already ordered online via mobile ordering. Finally get to the window ONLY TO BE PARKED and told they have to wait on meat to fulfill orders. It is dinnertime, they are NOT BUSY. I've now been here almost 30 minutes total AND STILL HAVE NO FOOD. Do not waste your money here, or your valuable time

The drive-thru lady made the visit so much nicer. But it was a long wait with no cars and my burgers were cold & burnt like if they were cooked and wrapped up way before i got thereI was bummed, the bottom buns on all 4 of out burgers were cold and burnt hard. But again service lady was adorable.

So I went through the drive-thru. I ordered a meal with a drink, so I ordered a coke. Get up to the window to pay, and they hand out a coke. I take a sip and realize the soda tastes horrible, like it was missing the syrup. So I politely ask the girl at the window to change it to an Unsweet tea. The window closes, and two girls inside look to be upset cause I asked to get something different. So they gave me a sweet tea and sent me on my way. Why is it so hard to work?
