20 minutes for a whopper combo in the lobby 12:30 on a sunday.... not acceptable.
So we pull in, order with the app to get food, and because I have a trailer, get told we have to leave. When I told the manager we were ordering food. So we go across the road to McDonald's and have no issues to order our food. With a trailer on. Think you would be a little more understanding when I am parked in the back side of the restaurant. But just goes to show you why burger King is always dead.

Son and I stopped here. Stood a long time and nobody waited on us. There were no customers. They saw us and nothing! So we left. Very disappointed. Won't be back.

I was just at the paw paw location and we were told just a minute and then waited Five minutes and know one took our order but we're constantly helping drive thru. No one asked what we wanted or even looked at us. We were completely ignored. We went to Wendy's instead . The mamanger was awful also.
