It was very disappointing my husband's a veteran from the Marines just came back dialysis surgery he was very hungry and wanted to have a nice dinner from chicken coop. We scratched up our pennies and coins and dollars to get him a nice meal 73 years old all they gave him was small four-piece little pinky size chicken chicken four pieces of scribbled up onion rings no more I felt so sorry for him that they treated him that way with that dinner. We're too far away to turn back and straighten it out. We paid $16 for that meal we could not believe how horrible we received a meal like them. Teresa and Robert Brown Southaven.

everytime i’ve gone in they don’t have gizzards, which is understandable to an extent bc if yk people like it why not order more gizzards in your shipment??

This chicken is made fresh and with fresh ingredients. Service was down-home and super nice! Also reasonably priced.

Vegetarian options: Side dishes were veggies. Green beans, cole slaw, mashed potatoes, french fries.

Have always loved the food here, but tonight the service was not so great. Got booted out of the dining room as soon as we walked in and told we couldn't be served at 6:30 on a Saturday because it was "too close to closing", which is advertised as 8 PM online, and on the door. There were only 3 people dining in the restaurant at the time. I guess call ahead before you come to make sure you'll actually be served.

If you close at 8pm. You close at 8pm not close the dining room at 7pm that's crazy.

Sherri (spelling?) is absolutely amazing, I hope this business realizes what an all around asset she is to them. Food is always fantastic when she is on, and if there happens to be a mistake she fixes it with a smile a laugh, and a genuine explanation not an excuse. The restaurant is always immaculately clean when she's working. I can't say enough good things about how she helps the Chicken Coop run. Thank You.

We patiently waited for 25 minutes before our order was taken. Then she cut me off before I could finish. I had to finish at the window and waited a while longer for the food we were there for at least 30 minutes then had nerve enough to ask for a tip. Got home and the coleslaw was missing

The chargered me for the wrong food item and forgot a side then when I came back the 'manager' couldn't comprehend why I came back I had to tell this man more than 10x why I was there. They made me the correct order but then I had to pay for it a 2nd time. They didn't give me a discount or anything and was very ride about the situation.
