First time ever going to JJ's. Tuna sandwiches are one of my favorites. Service was good and the place was very clean & friendly. Just a tuna sandwich let down. No where on their menu did it list onions in the tuna. It listed every else on the sandwich. One bite and I had to through it out. Differently going to try again someday despite my first attemp

Very friendly staff. Food prepared quickly and efficiently. This was our first time eating at a Jimmy John’s, and we were pleasantly surprised! I loved that there was a “mini” size available for smaller appetites. Food was quality & priced right!

Stopped on the drive to Chicago. The girl with the red hair was SOOOO nice. Not just to us but everyone who came through the door. She was an extremely smiley and helpful. We were only in there for about 5 minutes but my sister and I both got in the car and said how nice she was. She made a great influence on us in a short amount of time.
The service is always friendly. The meat tastes fresh which hasn't always been the case with other locations. Speedy service as always.

I just ordered, I asked for no lettuce, tomato or onion. I'm very allergic to onion and tomatoes. I got all the way home and unwrapped my sandwich to find it had lettuce, tomato and onion on it. I can't eat the sandwich. Very disappointed that they couldn't listen and now I have no dinner because I'm not driving all the way back.. very disappointed.

I am giving a 3 star just because they continue to charge extra for cheese and pickles but always forget to add it to the sub. This has happened 3 times already and I wont be going back there because they rip off customers.

We stopped here on our way through from out of town! So good! Jimmy John’s always slaps but this location stood out just because the girls working there were all so kind and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the food was great!
