Stopped on the drive to Chicago. The girl with the red hair was SOOOO nice. Not just to us but everyone who came through the door. She was an extremely smiley and helpful. We were only in there for about 5 minutes but my sister and I both got in the car and said how nice she was. She made a great influence on us in a short amount of time.

Great store and fast service

The service is always friendly. The meat tastes fresh which hasn't always been the case with other locations. Speedy service as always.

I just ordered, I asked for no lettuce, tomato or onion. I'm very allergic to onion and tomatoes. I got all the way home and unwrapped my sandwich to find it had lettuce, tomato and onion on it. I can't eat the sandwich. Very disappointed that they couldn't listen and now I have no dinner because I'm not driving all the way back.. very disappointed.

I am giving a 3 star just because they continue to charge extra for cheese and pickles but always forget to add it to the sub. This has happened 3 times already and I wont be going back there because they rip off customers.

We stopped here on our way through from out of town! So good! Jimmy John’s always slaps but this location stood out just because the girls working there were all so kind and friendly. The bathrooms were clean and the food was great!

Due to the demands of moving, my wife and I chose Jimmy John’s for a quick dinner, foregoing the time and comfort of a sit-down meal. Typically, Jimmy John’s offers a reliable experience; however, this evening, they fell significantly short of those standards.

Upon arrival, we found the doors inexplicably locked. The manager eventually approached, explaining that there was a malfunction with the entrance. He then directed us on how we should exit to ensure the next guest could enter without obstruction. While the food was its usual fare, what followed was far from standard.

As we dined, it became impossible to ignore the internal discussions among the staff, aired openly for all to hear. They engaged in casual conversations about who within the team was “friendly” and who was “difficult.” As a business owner, I found this deeply concerning. The unprofessionalism was glaring; no establishment should permit such indiscreet conversations in front of patrons. It reflects poorly on the leadership and undermines the confidence customers place in the establishment.

Concerning the door issue, I immediately recognized the problem. Familiar with this type of commercial setup from our own business, I knew the solution was simple— a fail-safe that ensures the door locks automatically when the last person leaves. However, given the troubling atmosphere created by the staff's casual disregard for professionalism, I chose to remain silent. My wife, though, with her inherent kindness and desire to help, decided to offer assistance.

This gesture, unfortunately, became the catalyst for what led to this review. As my wife tried to explain the door’s issue, the young man behind the counter, who appeared to be managing at the time, responded with an air of condescension that was both unwarranted and unprofessional. His dismissive remarks—“Yeah, we’ll get to that”—echoed several times, despite the fact that the store was void of customers both inside and in the drive-thru. When my wife, ever composed and polite, tried to underscore the importance of addressing the issue, the same perfunctory response was lobbed back at her.

We don’t walk around brandishing our professional titles or achievements. My wife is a nurse practitioner, and together, we own a franchise, with years of experience across various sectors. However, none of that is particularly relevant here. What matters is that, as customers and human beings, we deserved to be treated with basic respect. The condescension we experienced was not only unwarranted but deeply disappointing.

It is my hope that this review reaches whoever oversees this location. I would welcome a conversation to address these concerns in greater detail and ensure that future guests don’t experience the same level of disrespect. A troubling pattern is emerging in the reviews of this location, indicating a broader systemic issue that demands attention. My decision not to return, at least while the current staff remains in place, is firm. Respect and professionalism should be the foundation of any business, and in this case, they were sorely lacking.

Sandwiches are made well and tasty, the wait isn’t too bad either. This location has a drive thru which is nice and there’s a lot of options for all diets and tastes.

Ordered a #6 The Veggie. Instead of cheese and guacamole they put turkey or chicken on it and I didn't notice until I was home. So my dog ended up having a nice sandwich. Have had mostly good experiences here in the past but won't be going back here after this.
