Pulled up to the drive thru 15 minutes before closing. No one would take an order. After waiting 10 minutes, I pulled up to the window and all the employees were hiding in the back so they didn't have to take the order. I drove by a few minutes later and they were all back out cleaning. All this happened before it "officially " closed.

My husband bought sandwiches home. Omg this is maybe the 3rd time we have gone to this store it will be the last. We asked for no vinegar/oil asked to have them cut in half that wasn't done. To top it all off the bread was uneatable it was so incredibly hard. We took the meat and used a sub roll I had so at least we could eat. They really need to step it up. Definitely lost a customer!!!
I dream of greatness come swinging in on a vine from a YouTube video and pull one of his magical videos that drops a lifetime supply of Jimmy John's sandwiches in my lap. I can tell you that my life would be complete and there really wouldn't be anything else that I could ask for that I could expect to receive. A lifetime supply of Jimmy John's sandwiches is right on the edge of a rationale mind. And I really feel like I'm pushing it but the dream and the concept is very real and will probably stay with me long into my grave. I love greatness and I love Jimmy John's now if I can just merge the two. Haha LOL stay safe out there you all

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.I Feel like I was robbedOrdered a delivery on 6/12/23-driver left food on the outside elements without trying to knock or call to let me know the order had arrived-they forgot to add turkey on a TURKEY SANDWICH-when I later called, the manager initially disregarded my claims.-when she finally realized they had made a mistake in the kitchen she expected me to pick up the remade sandwich after I had paid the delivery fee and tip.Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere.
