It took forever to place an order (inside). It took forever to get our order.
The chicken sandwich was terrible and had no lettuce on it. The fries were overcooked and the pop had been sitting so long the ice was melted.
The big Mac sucked and the fries overcooked. The pop also had sat so long the ice was melted.
We asked the guy that brought our order for condiments because the bins were empty that held them to help yourself. We would still be waiting had my husband gone to get some. He waited & waited and waited and finally he asked a woman who was walking by with trays for some.
Everything was dirty and this was quite possibly the worst McDonald's I've been too with the worst food.

Quite possibly the worst run McDonald's in the area. My girls wanted to eat in. We ordered from the screen prompt, there were no table markers next to the prompt for me to be able to enter a number. After searching the establishment, we found a stack by the play area. The screen indicated the electronic payment was down so I had to take my receipt to the counter. After standing at the counter for what felt like forever, someone finally came over and I paid. We had a very hard time finding a clean table and there was food all over the floor. When we were brought our food, the girl didn't say a word and tossed our food onto the table and jetted away before I could even say thank you. Poor service, dirty, and some how our fries were cold. I don't often give bad reviews, but this place deserves it.

The worst experience I ever had in my entire life. worst rest room, Stinky tables not cleaned. No napkins, Food order took 30 min and I had to wait for napkins for 10 min. The food was not tasty at all and my 8 years old was able to figured it as well. However, The employee who attended was friendly.

We drive all over through several states and always love stopping at McDonald's. We see the 3 stars but thought how bad can it be. Bad. We ordered drive thru and we waited for a while for our food so we thought awesome it wiĺl be fresh and when we got it fries tasted old. Big macs were cold. Didn't have time to go back and will never eat at this Mcdonalds again. The reviews are for real. Pass this one up.

Terrible service and incompetent employees. The managers are deplorable and were asked by police to give us our money back, for non service.
Literally the worst McDonald's in southwest Michigan. The kids that work at this place just mess around their entire shifts and barely put forth an effort to even run the place. Came through the drive through this afternoon and while I waited (around 45 minutes or so), I could see through the window that all the kids there were just goofing off in the kitchen. Showing each other Tik Toks on their phones and making ridiculous noises. One employee in particular kept making a sound that resembled some kind of fog horn and giggling like a kindergartner. They looked to be around 25-28 yo. Its sad that there are so many ppl (who want to do a decent job) in this country looking for work who can't get a job but a young man who acts like a child at his job gets to have a job instead. This place is an embarrassment to the beautiful town of Paw Paw and makes me appreciate the good restaurants in Paw Paw (of which there are many) so much more.

If I could leave no stars I would, this McDonald's is terrible, both times I went within a week I ordered through the app. they messed up my order, didn't receive all of my order, and after waiting 20 minutes for my food my fries were cold, my mcrib bun was saggy and with so much sauce on it I had to scape some off, wonder why I don't go there.

If I could give this store a 0, I would. I waited for over 10 minutes to get 2 mcdoubles so I called the store she told me with all the attitude she could have had that she would have him run them right out after another 14 minutes I called again I said I was still waiting on my cheeseburgers her response "I thought you said they were mcdoubles not cheeseburgers then said give me just a minute" 2 minutes later I finally got my food. My burger buns were hard and crispy on the bottom, meaning they sat in the warmer for over 15 minutes while I was waiting. I was not rude in any way, shape, or form as I work in customer service myself. I do not recommend this McDonald's at all. After everything, when she gave me my food, all I got was more attitude, a shrug, and the worst sorry I've ever heard in my life.
