After driving all day. We waited over 30 min for cold food. Once I asked for a refund I was meet with attitude. They wanted all of the food and even drinks back. Never again will I go here. Stay away!!!! If I could rate lower I would! Nothing was clean. What a horrible experience with a child.

Worst in store experience at a McDonald’s ever. Ordered at 2:14pm in store at kiosk, nearly 30 minutes later my order wasn’t fulfilled. Go up and ask the staff at front for status and explanation. Was given response that it was shift change which didn’t explain the slowness as it was not that busy. I asked for the manager and I could see her who then was yelling at her staff “what do they want”. She never came up to talk to me and yelled at her in the kitchen saying my order was 30 minutes old and they need to fulfill it ASAP. Completely unprofessional for a manger to not respond to a customer request to talk.

Five kiosks inside, three are broken. Used one of the two that claimed to be working, but then the credit card machine attached to the kiosk was down. Waited in line to pay at the register. Waited another 10-15 min after that for my order. Men’s room was a mess. Also the entry is flooded? This place is broken :(

I went through the drive through. Ordered one burger and fries. Was asked to wait. They made me wait for 20 min! It would have been longer had I not gone inside. I told them the situation and they said “we forgot your order”. And that was it. They gave me my bag that had been sitting there for a while as the fries were cold. I had to walk back to my car. The worst service.

They get my order wrong every single time… it’s actually impressive. They actually go out of their way and work harder to screw up my order. I could order a burger with just cheese and they put everything on it everytime. Food is cold most times too. I know they don’t exactly hire rocket scientists and engineers but apparently they got people in there that can’t read

Paw Paw McDonald's is one of. If not THE most awful McDs I've been too! There was one care in front of me and one behind me. It took 23 minutes before I got my order!! It's like this 90% of percentage of the time. Ive brought this up to every available manager on shift and they dont do anything about it! It should not take a half hour to serve two vehicles. If you're in a rush of any kind, DO NOT DINE THER!!E

Went through drive through for the new Grinch happy meal. Sat in drive through for twenty minutes. They ran out of the boxes (would have been nice if they mentioned that when I ordered.) Didn't get a shaker bag for the fries and my fries were cold. What a rip off!
