I am so disappointed every time I come here. As someone that gets Starbucks almost daily from a variety of locations, to consistently have poorly made drinks and bad service from one location is really disappointing. Honestly I find it worth it to drive an additional 15 minutes to Kalamazoo and after the experience I had tonight, I will be doing so whenever possible.

I have NOT purchased here as of yet. However, the minute I walked in the door, I got a swiff of the rich aroma of Starbucks coffee. I refrained so hard to not buy any as I was there purely to purchase storage bags at the store Starbucks is located in. Next time here, I plan to purchase this some of this amazing smelling coffee!
