Terrible employee attitude and very unfresh looking vegetables for the last time. Air conditioner broken for many weeks or more cold subs only and refused to make $24 change for a $50 bill. To top it off I was told to have a nice day with a snotty tone after not getting served. Went to Jimmy John's and got excellent service and absolutely delicious sandwiches. Paw paw residents for many years and I will absolutely never return to paw paw subway,so you guys have a nice day!

This subway cut there meat in half to what you normally get from any other subway so dont waste your hard earned money to just to get ripped off and pay for bread and veggies with a little meat

I don't understand why in the world any place of business is allowed to deny federal currency. Whether it be a $50 or $100 bill. I got off of work after a 13 hour shift stopped to grab a foot long as we had been out of power for nearly four days. I just wanted to grab some food and head home to my family. I get told we don't except $50, but I could go get it broke and come back and they would hold my sandwich. Congratulations Subway you can stick that foot long where the sun don't shine. Not to mention they're now out a customer, a sale and they're going to just throw it away. Smart business there.

As a DoorDasher, this is the first place in Paw Paw I refuse to take orders from. EVERY TIME it's 10 minutes late and EVERY TIME something is out of stock whether it be bread, meat, chips, sauce, cookies, chips, something is ALWAYS out.

I took a coupon and it did not say app only the Paw Paw subway would not give me the discount i will not eat there again

Until they do better this is my review for them I think they need to restaff the entire establishment because not only did I call but my friend and family called on separate phones they will pick up and then you hear the phone slam down and it hangs up, if you have that big lady with subway tattoos there your going to lose a lot of business because no restaurant wants her because her and a few others close anytime they want even in the afternoon they never answer any calls they lie about products and quantity of amounts you’d get they steal food everyday and cash so if your the owner reading beware because Decatur subway use to be great until her and a few others were hired in and not answering the phone for days is an issue and hanging up nonstop is a problem you should look into the cameras to see what is going on.
