past three times the drive thru has been beyond slow, the employees seem kinda rude, and the order wrong/really badly put together. the first time we chocked it up to them being busy and stressed, but the third time we just kinda figure this is a really bad location.

Weird experience, came through for a pickup and drive thru lady was VERY RUDE “What do you want” Called me Joe when I clearly said Gerald and you can see Gerald 100% didn’t feel comfortable eating here and just said forget it as I canceled through the app immediately. I see why people go to McDonald’s across the street instead 0/5

Service was fast and staff was friendly. The manager went above and beyond to honor a coupon/deal that was in my app that I just gave up on. There is another fast food place across the street and their service takes FOREVER! Overall this was a great experience.

Insanely slow drive thru. They were only waiting on one car at a time. They wouldn't take the next car's order until the previous car had left the window. The guy at the window acted as if he was being severely inconvenienced. Food came out smashed in the bag. Overall a terrible experience, even for fast food. Wendy's needs to take a good long audit on this store.
