Service was fast and staff was friendly. The manager went above and beyond to honor a coupon/deal that was in my app that I just gave up on. There is another fast food place across the street and their service takes FOREVER! Overall this was a great experience.

Insanely slow drive thru. They were only waiting on one car at a time. They wouldn't take the next car's order until the previous car had left the window. The guy at the window acted as if he was being severely inconvenienced. Food came out smashed in the bag. Overall a terrible experience, even for fast food. Wendy's needs to take a good long audit on this store.

The manager in the red shirt today working the front window today at12:20 pm was RUDE so rude my husband said we will NEVER come back to this Wendy’s our total was 20.17 he gave her 20.25 she snatched it from him so hard the qtr went flying across the pop station didn’t even give us our change which that part I would of told her to keep it anyways it’s .08 cents but not one word was spoken to us no have a nice day Nothing!!top it off Came home no sauce in our bags. This place has went down hill it’s always a gamble on how you’re going to get treated and if your foods going to be fresh! On the plus side the fries were hot today

Store hours on Saturday says open from 6:30 am to 1:00 am on the Wendy’s app and Google. I get there around 12:48 but say they can’t make my order and telling me those are the summer season hours. Confusing considering the lights were on and the store looked open. And looks like Wendy’s confirmed the hours 3 weeks ago. 1/5. Be transparent with the store hours
The only thing Wendy’s is truly known for they can’t seem to get right. Want a frosty? Go somewhere else. Either one or the other flavor is always out or broken or they charge you for it and give you the wrong thing anyway.
