A small clean tavern in the town of Pellston that is open in the winter. Most of the customers were locals I'm sure. The waitress was nice. She gave us a menu and told us the days special. We both had it one was pulled pork and the other was brisket. Both on white bread with brown gravy and choice of fries which were lightly flavored or tator tots. As we sat and ate our delicious dinner I was impressed that the waitress was wiping down each menu. We would return when we ate in the area.

My family and I had a great time at Beach’s Up North Tavern. We got a variety of the barbecue, the highlights were the nachos, brisket, pork and beans, and tater tots. The smoked ribs were also delicious. A great atmosphere with live music, and pictures of the regulars on the wall making it a home-like environment. We got in a couple rounds of pool which is always a blast. Service was great. Would definitely eat here again.
