“John and Crew do a phenomenal job with their craft. Fare is reasonably priced for portion, and the atmosphere is local AND tourist friendly. Just off the main highway makes it an easy stop in an otherwise small town that has limited offerings. Try it out, you'll be back.”

“My husband and I had the pleasure of eating at this restaurant last Saturday evening. We each had a cocktail, french onion soup, steak, mashed potatoes and creme brulee. Everything tasted amazing. Our waitress Tammy was so kind and caring. She really went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Even though we don't live close, we will definitely be back!”

Awesome setup, great service and awesome food.I ordered jalapino burger with "amazing house, comma shapped fries, crispy yet with soft potatoes inside. For drink i had "house made" spicy bloodt mary.Simply amazing experience.A must visit restaurant.”

“Cześć! Welcome to Poland! ??My partner and I have come here several times for lunch, and each visit is better than the last! As an honorary Pole, I am always elated to come here! The Polish Kitchen has exceptionally delicious dishes such as their Hunter's Stew (Bigos) and their ginormous Pork Cutlet sandwich! Each meal is quite largely proportioned, so a to-go container is a must! Who wouldn't want leftover Polish food? ? The service is also incredibly helpful and friendly! I cannot emphasize how much thought is put into both their food and service. I also try to practice the minimal Polish that I do know. ? We are always pleased with our time here at the Polish Kitchen! Dziękuję! ??”

“Always a good time. Best cider and donuts. The last two years we have also gotten our pumpkins there. The hayride is always a good time as well! The staff is so friendly and I don't think we've gone there and not seen Uncle Frank! Definitely stop by if you can!”

“Absolute gem "hidden" in plain sight! Have driven by numerous times but never stopped in until a recent recommendation from friends. And so glad we did! Even in mid-March they had a short wait on a Sunday morning! People know about this place! Great food with tweaks that put it over the top - candied bacon, vinaigrette on the arugula and pickled onions on the breakfast sandwich. Best I've had in a long time! The atmosphere and decor was great - just what you'd expect from a northern MI camp deli! We will certainly be back!”

“Is there anything better than a cold beer after skiing at Nubs Nob? Answer...No.Super friendly atmosphere with ample seating inside and out if you wish to sit outside. 90 percent skiiers/snowboarders but there seem to be a few locals that like to visit depending on the weather. Everyone there is there to have fun. You can make new acquaintances there if you like, or just chill out minding your own business.The pub requires guests to be 21 +, so leave the kids behind if you can.Bob the bartender is a great guy and a professional. He will set you up. Drinks only. No food options in the pub.Friendly hint, if possible bring a few bucks cash with you to tip. The credit card machine does not allow a person to add gratuity. I don't normally carry much cash anymore. What little I did have went into the tip jar. I will know better next time.”

“One server took care of an entire full bar and at least 6 tables!! If other places had this type of employee who is this hard working my gosh there would be a lot of good bars to go to unfortunately there aren’t that many good workers out there today!! Kudos to this employee and the rest of the staff at Clyde’s Place!!”

“Great stay, definitely recommend! We staid for a night between biking the heritage trail and the little traverse wheelway. Host provided a nice intro of the property, suggestions on places to see in the area, and helpful info on our biking route. Make sure you budget time to enjoy the views out front and back - very cool!”

“I like the salads and the paninis the best.Burgers are frozen pattys and the buns are ok.. But… get the fries! Really good.I know they are deep fried but they are not soggy and are between shoestring and steak cut so just perfect. They use fresh potatoes and not frozen. Service is great but only the drive through has been open since covid and I think staffing issues like so many places.Also- the hours on the website are incorrect so call ahead if you plan a special trip over there.They can vary lately.”

“We came by boat and the outside looked pretty sketchy. We almost didn't stop. There wasn't table service but the bartender was friendly. Nice liqour selection. The gouda cheese bites and pizza were amazing!!”

“I was honestly surprised that Teddy's didn't have more reviews - it seems like a staple in the area, especially for folks visiting the Highlands resort. The menu options were plentiful and creative, and clearly there was a legacy driving this place - really great food, great service, and cool atmosphere. I was undecided about what pizza to buy for lunch and I wanted something different and the waiter/cook gave me a suggestion of a Chicken Xordon Blue Pizza… so I took his suggestion and ordered a small one….. wished I had ordered a XXL one !!! That pizza from BC is NOW my favorite!! The staff is so pleasent and accommodating!! Way to hit it out of the park!!! I will be ordering that again soon…..Maybe do Easter dinner!!!”

“Great experience! We arranged to bring our hockey team and families to Bob's Place for a team lunch. We called a couple of weeks in advance and Taylor made sure that we were well taken care of. The whole back room set up and ready for us. Food was great (cheese curds were fantastic!), the kids played the arcade games and pool tables, and the parents were able to relax and watch games on the multiple TVs in the party room. The staff was well organized, friendly, and very accommodating.”
