Great people good food, and open all year with no off season.
Certainly rustic. Service very good. Nice seating near fireplace. Good spot to stop while venturing seasonal back roads.

First time at MJJ, the food was wonderful! They had a full house on a Tuesday evening. Despite this, I was able to have a conversation with my date, without having to yell above the din.
Our server was attentive and knowledgeable.
We both had the parmesan shrimp, with veg-beef soup. Our appetizer was potato skins, which were delicious and tasted homemade, rather than frozen.
All in all, as pleasant meal.

Food and service was excellent
A trendy place that's too busy for staff to provide quality cuisine and service. Prices are attractive, however, food was cold and service was poor. I would not patronage on busy times.

Our Go To place whenever we're in Northern Michigan!
This place has really changed a lot over the years. The kitchen food is spectacular now. Pizza is good. Fish fry and Friday is really good too. Service is good. Just a good old restaurant bar. You should definitely visit

Ordered pizza twice recently from Moose Jaw. Have ordered from them many times in the past and have always been happy. The last two times the middle of the pizza falls apart because the crust is too thin in the middle and very fat around the edges. It tastes good, just falls apart. Kind of disappointing.

Bar/restaurant with very friendly servers and manager. The food was great and the menu had a lot of options. We loved the pizza, cheesy bread, baked fish fry special.
Parking: There are some parking spots in front of the building right off the road and a large gravel lot across the street.
Kid-friendliness: It is appropriate for kids, they have kid menus, and TVs around the dining area and bar.

My husband and I came north to stay at Cross Village and were told about Moose Jaw Junction. So glad we were! Great burgers, good drinks and delightful service from our waitress, Shannon. Told us wonderful stories about the area and the history of the restaurant. Everyone we met there was lovely!!! Make it a must stop place and check out the historical pictures on the walls. Just a wonderful Michigan feel good place
