Was here on a Friday night. The waitress told me to go ahead and seat myself. I was looking for the bathroom and she seen I was looking lost and was like the ladies room is right over here.... Brienna was exceptional and she is a GEM! Charlie's is lucky to have her! You don't see a ton of great customer service anymore but she was a delight from start to finish! I asked to speak with the manager to tell him how great my experience was a he was great too!
We go to pretty much all the resturants in the area. This place has the best burger. Food is always good. The tables could be a little nicer. I think they are clean but always kinda sticky. Other than that, not too bad. They have keno and a self service club keno machine
Charlie's went above and beyond for me. I reserved the smaller room for my family and friends after a burial ceremony. Our waitress/bar tender was phenomenal, it was clean the atmosphere is great. It was perfect for a small group. The food was very good, good bar food menu to choose from, was served pretty quick too considering we all converged there at the same time. Perry is my hometown, I will go back when I'm in town.
