To their credit they let us know it would be a bit to get our sides of green beans. Ended up being 12 to 15 minutes. Watched them open the can and go through the process. Appears to be really bad prepping and I would say not great awareness to stay on top of things like this. Do appreciate that they gave us a free dessert but it doesn't dismiss that this is not an acceptable level of service.
By far the best KFC I have ever been too!! And I’ve been to hundreds! Kyla was the best worker I could’ve been severed by she was very sweet and kind and has a lot of cool pins! I would highly recommend coming here if you’re wanting a nice family restaurant!
Edit 2025: Upper the score a bit on everything. If you go during food rush times it is fine, the service is usually good though, staff is friendly.

Prices are now beyond absurd. This wouldn't be an issue, but you get chicken that is so old that it's dried out and darkened underneath the extra crispy batter, not to mention the visible gap between the meat and batter due...
