The three cheese pasta was amazing, the tenders were awesome, the shark bowl tasted great but didn't come with the sharks, which was the whole point I got it. The waiter was good.

I was very pleasantly surprised and impressed with this Applebee’s. It was much more than I expected in many ways. The restaurant was clean, not just the bare minimum kind of clean, it was a ‘we actually care about this place’ kind of clean. Our server was on her A game, professional, thoughtful, friendly and she anticipated rather than waiting to be flagged down. The food was delicious as well as affordable. I never really took notice of the atmosphere in other Applebee’s but I did at this one. It was very relaxing and calm. No one was shouting from the kitchen, the servers weren’t yelling about their dishes, no loud bangs and thuds from cleaning either. I didn’t realize how much I actually appreciated that.

The service here is awful every time I come In reminded why I don’t ! It’s never crowded enough to not get service . To sit at the bar for 15-20 minutes for one drink is insane. The only reason I came was to get my free appetizer. I will not be back here. If you want to waste your time and sit around, then definitely head to Applebees in the Barclays.
Everybody at the bar got there drinks before me unless your up waving your hand for attention you will not get service. 0 out of 5

Rebecca as a Server needs training!!! The Drink I ordered was discontinued, that’s ok I will have water. I Order a Mushroom Swiss Burger with fragments of 4 mushroom (one cut 4 ways), I ask for a Box to take the Burger home because it has NO Mushrooms and her response: “I just found out we are all out, but I’ve never heard of someone avoiding the meal because there were NO MUSHROOMS” that’s argumentative because you lack waitress skills…. Inform the paying customer the MUSHROOM SWISS is missing MUSHROOM. Then she comes to table 3 minutes later to say the cook is making mushrooms so I eat my meal… thought you were just informed you are ALL OUT?! So which is it? Other than babbling excuses. Someone else brought me a little cup with 4 more mushroom fragments. My tab comes, and I’m being charged for the drink they No LONGER have, so I point out that charge and she blames the bartender!!! Look at the tab before you leave it, you’re the waitress REBECCA. 20% is earned and your Lucky you even got the TIP I left you because your delay and scatter brain says you need training. Your blaming cooks and bartenders say a lot about your skills as a waitress and maybe you should be a Hostess but your unpleasant demeanor says that might not be a good fit either. Work on your attitude and professionalism girl. $70 for a bad experience
Tomato soup, Ceasar salad, mashed potatoes and squash were good. Steak was ok, thin cut did not resemble internet photo.

The staff at Applebee’s is always wonderful, and the food is consistently great. I absolutely love the Chicken Wonton Tacos and have been ordering them for years, they’re one of my favorites! Recently, though, I’ve noticed the wontons haven’t been fried as crisp and golden as they used to be. They’ve come out a little soft, which takes away from that amazing crunch I always enjoyed. It would be great to see them back to that perfectly crispy texture again.
