So we had a little get together with manager Logan and tore down all the barriers and sources of mis-communication. Now we stop in at least once a week. The food is still decent and the menu is full of options. Tuesday is Salad day and every day is happy hour 3-5pm. Half of appetizers.

Sorry but I would not give any stars… me and my husband wanted a nice dinner for valentines and I ordered a 12 oz ribeye steak and my husband order a black and chicken shrimp. And our order went to the table nexts too us. At first our waiter gave us their coffee then gave them our order. we were there for 45 mins. And they just got there. So they gave us our order then my ribeye was not done and wanted to give me a 8 oz. Dinner the Order he gave us was the people nexts to us at the table next to us. I asked for well done the table nexts to us asked for medium done. So my husband ate his food and they told me it was going to be another 10 mins so my husband went and ate so buy time mine came out I told them to put it in a box’s . He was done eating. So when they put it in the box’s I got a serloin steak . So I called them they said it was a ribeye I told them it wasn’t. He argued with me. But I no what what a ribeye looks like. So I will never give them any stars…!!!!!! I told my husband we will never go back there again… this is the Applebees in Petoskey…!!!! What Valentine’s Day dinner. I hope they charge the table nexts to us for a 12 oz ribeye well done!!! I hope they enjoyed my meal!!!!’I had to give a star to post. I didn’t want to.

Two waitresses said we had to wait 15 minutes to dine.Which is fine.. however,there were empty tables.said, "we could wait in the car"? Why couldn't we wait at a table or the bar?

They have a manager, let’s say his name rhymes with “spank”, who seems to have it out for one of his bartenders. His best and longest serving Bartender. You can’t miss the manager. He will be the one whose sole job, as it seems, is to use his laser eyes to drill holes in the back of this bartenders’ head or stare at him the entire time he’s on duty. Just because the bartender is doing his job (and usually many other staff’s) sooo well and is well like by the customers. Any longtime patron of Applebees knows which bartender I’m talking about! Next time you see him (the “A”bartender,) make sure you tell him what a great job he’s doing!! Ignore the MAN at the back table DOING NOTHING ALL DAY!!!
