On vacation never had ccs pizza before me and my husband decided to try it we got a small cheese bread and a small club salad the salad was all cheese and old egg it was tiny too and our cheese bread was terrible do not recommend not worth it $39 later I rather got McDonald’s 😂

normally the pizza is wonderful. This time the round pizza was flat, didn't taste like there was any sauce or not much and the cheese was separated. It looked like the pizza had been sprayed by water and then put in. I called and told them. They then asked to completely inconvenience me by asking to come back and they will make another one. It's Tuesday. It takes them about an hour and 20 min to make one and I live about 15 min away. She said that she would let someone know and that they would "probably" send me a voucher. Horrible customer service. The customer service has never been that great anyway withing the past couple years. If they would have been more cordial and gave me a definite on how they would fix it I wouldn't be leaving this review.

BC used to be great at this location but not anymore. The pizzas are, more times than not, inedible because they are incredibly undercooked and they may contain the DNA of the people working there. On more than one occasion I have pulled a hair off of my pizza or out of my salad and have taken them back 🤢. Aside from the lack of health regulations being followed, the food tastes nasty, like it’s made with old ingredients that have passed their sell by date. It’s just not clean or good.

Their pizza has really been on point lately tonight my boyfriend ordered himself a pizza and I got pasta due to my tooth being pulled today. All was warm and delicious. The person behind the counter who handed us our food took the time to show us the meals and make sure they were up to expectations and was very kind. I think I will pay more in person too being that it is so much cheaper to pay in cash than online.

Normally a great pizza. But the last few times quality has been lacking. Tuesday night we got a pizza and part of it was high brown almost burnt. I'm talking about the mushrooms. Olives. Meat. Part of the crust. Once we got a pizza and the sauce was different.. so sad.
Horrible customer service I'm sick of getting from there and will not anymore from here on out. Theyre always depressed. The petoskey one only. Was hung up on after they made multiple mistakes. Was trying to treat my little family to something as I was working. Talked to gm was told I'd get reimbursed for the wrong food and never was. I'd rather Little Ceasars for sure. Hot and ready no hassle or depressing customer service with that.

Hometown pizza at a great price. Petoskey location always has friendly staff and it's usually under the time they say it's going to take. Great pizza.
Vegetarian options: It's a pizza place, vegetarian options are limited. But a great veggie pizza or cheese pizza is always available here.
