I use a cane and was waiting to be seated. The waitress was doing things but seating me was not one of them for a while. My back was aching when I finally got seated. The meal when it came was small like they were making small meals when I have only ever experienced large good sized meals here. I had to order extra and pay to feel full. The bathroom was a real reak fest. I almost threw up my meal because the smell of sewage was so bad. I am so grossed out about it I don’t ever want to go back- it’s a shame because I like Bob Evan’s and I was looking forward to a good experience .

Best food I've ever had in a Bob Evans. The waitress has pretty good hustle to her. Sadly, they were so short staffed that we had to wait 10 minutes even through half the tables were empty. I'm not allowing that to affect the review because everyone working there was busting their butts to make it happen.

The service was excellent. Our waitress was nice and checked on us often. However the food was not great. The sausage, biscuits and hash browns were burnt. Eggs were overcooked. The only good was the hot Carmel apple cider.

This location is dirty. No soap in the bathroom. So if there is no soap do the workers not wash after going? Skip this location until management cleans it up.

Orders through DoorDash for a pickup order. They completely forgot one of the items on my 2 item order. Then proceeded to apologize and still give me the wrong sized item. This is completely unprofessional. I ordered online for a easy pickup and am extremely disappointed

Typical yummy Bob Evan’s food and family atmosphere.
My poor review is because when my mother in law and I walked in with 4 children and 1 young adult. The hostess/server greeted us by saying “Oh I get why you’re here” and we were confused because we are not from the area so we weren’t sure what he meant. He then pointed to the chalk board behind the counter that read “Kids Eat free on Tuesdays”. We laughed and thought it was pure luck, because that was NOT why we were there that night. We are very much capable of paying for $5 kids meals.
We got seated and ordered water because the kids had been eating and drinking sugary foods and drinks all day (they are on vacation after all). As I walked to the restroom I heard the male server who seated us tell our main server, “7 waters and 4 are kids.. you’re going to hate it..”
I immediately felt unworthy of being in a Bob Evan’s. What a crummy way to hear that you and your families presence isn’t wanted.
Then instead of our server just greeting herself she immediately said, “THE FREE KIDS MEALS IS ONLY WHEN YOU ORDER THEM ONLINE AND PICK THEM UP.” We were confused because of what the hostess had said but we didn’t question it because we didn’t go there for free kids meals we just wanted to eat dinner as a family. We went ahead and ordered our food, which took almost an hour to come out. While waiting for biscuits appetizers (that didn’t come until well after the dinner was served) we saw on the kids menu that the Free kids meal on Tuesdays is for IN STORE ONLY. She lied to our faces and then made our kids wait over an hour for pancakes and biscuits.
I get taking your frustrations out on adults because your store was caught lying and being rude but how horrible to take it out on 4 hungry children.

Food was Bob Evans pretty basic but tasty the service was a amazing we had a elderly man I forgot his name but he was the sweetest and super funny amazing waiter.
The prices are great for what you get, but the food is pretty ‘meh’. If you’re looking for a cheap, dine-in meal, go here but don’t expected anything to be fantastic.

I have only ever been to Petoskey one time, and I have to say that of all the restaurants we stopped at, Bob Evans had the most wonderfully enjoyable staff. Our waitress was a lovely young lady named Abigail R., and because of her, I would honestly travel all the way back to Petoskey just to eat at this Bob Evans again. She did such a marvelous job! I highly recommend visiting this Bob Evan’s if you are in the area; and, if she is working, having Abigail R. wait on you.

The food was good, but the service, at the hostess station was terrible. 2 parties left because of the wait, and there were lots of open tables. When asked about the wait, a waiter was rude, he ended up being our waiter. Our service was quick, but the attitude remained. We were visiting from out of town. We would have left if we knew somewhere else to go.
