I was there tonight with a family member for our second time and our service was horrible. We ordered our drinks and they gave me glass of water instead of a drink. I orered a mushroom and swiss with fries and my burger was caked with heavy honey musted and the fries were cold. When we were done we ordered a chocolate fudge cake with icecream. We were there last week and ordered the same thing and our service was perfect but tonight our server was rude to us and acted like he didn't care. He served us our cake with no ice cream and no hot fudge sauce. He told us it does not come with ice cream. I told him the menu says it does and we were here last week and got it with fudge ssuce and ice cresm. The server said well that's not how I do it here. We said then we don't want it We paid our bill and left him no tip for the rude service.

Reasonable prices, burger and wings were amazing & Mitch was a wonderful server! He went above and beyond and ensured we had everything we needed plus more! Best service I’ve had since moving up north, we appreciate you so much Mitch, keep up the great work!

First of all no one answers the phone. Secondly I did an online order of traditional wings and plan boneless wings I got all boneless wings all with sauce on them

Poor service from the start. Waiting 5 minutes just to be seated. Long wait for mediocre food to arrive. Staff uninterested in providing quality service. Been to numerous BWW and unfortunately this location continues to be a disappointment.

Service was EXCELLENT. Quick and speedy, even though the restaurant was pretty busy. Food was OK. I had the Nashville hot Sando and the sauce on the patty was hardly spread out. But still tasted overall good. Thanks B Dubs

Great food and the service was amazing. I think our server was named Tomi. Very attentive and on top of our table. We will definitely return and request her again. Always smiled
