Our server Lacy was super awesome ! She didn't hover and knew right when to come to see if we needed anything. Food was fast and service was great 10 out of 10.
Went to watch a basketball game. Tons of TVs. Good food, good service. Definitely worth it.

We were ignored initially when we walked in for about 20 minutes. Once we were finally seated, the service was stellar, and the food was good (although they mixed up the stickers on our wing tray). Everything else was amazing.

Service was extremely slow, 14 customers and it took 25 minutes to get food. At least 6 workers were spotted, so not the lack of workers. Got wings and no silverware, 3 napkins for two people. Nothing to put bones on so I sat them on the bare table. The worst B- Dubs I've experienced.

We were seated in a booth with menus and we were never served. We waited 20 minutes before we left. There were two tables filled with people. The waitress went in the kitchen and never came out. This is the second time this happened to me and my three kids..

Sat for over an hour at the restaurant. When our entrees came it was as if they were sitting in the widow for a while. Our server lacee after dropping off our food never came back to check on us, not once. Never offered to refill beverages. Didn't even come back to the table until she wanted us to check out 10/10 absolutely don't recommend.

Visited last Sunday evening. Three staff members came up front however was never greeted. We sat for another 5 minutes and finally left. I understand staffing is short but a quick Hi would have done wonders.

It's unfortunate that another server, Lacy, was giving us nasty looks and saying "ew" when she walked past our table.She ruined the atmosphere for my family, trying to enjoy the Lions game. Problems outside of work shouldn't be apparent in the workplace. Extremely unprofessional.

If you want your take out order wrong every time you pick it up then by all means get take out. Dining in is fine but take out sucks at Petoskey location!
