I’ve always enjoyed the burgers and the service, but the last two times I went to the Back Lot in Charlevoix, there were children running around and playing in the kitchen. I suppose some restaurants allow to bring your kids to work, but this is a small open space and a turn off. I ate at the outside food trucks both times. Maybe I’ll try again sometime. Or I’ll go to the Petoskey location.
I rate the atmosphere only a 4 because I ordered take out. We had got a few things to try as we couldn’t make up out mind. So we ordered the chicken Caesar, black bean and signature with an order of the fresh coast fries and queso.

Fresh Coast Sliders are a part of the Charlevoix Backlot. The combination of their delicious sliders and fries plus the beer garden atmosphere makes the casual dining experience excellent.
