Pretty much every time we order from here we TRY ordering the all legs and thighs bucket, even paying extra for it, but every time there's only two drumsticks in the whole bucket, and there's wings in the bucket. When we ordered the most recent time, which was earlier tonight, we tried again getting a legs and thighs bucket, (to date, we've never ACTUALLY gotten one from here) we payed extra for it. We asked for extra crispy because the chicken in the bucket is always soggy and the skin falls off as you pick a piece up, with the pieces on the bottom sometimes being sopping wet and discolored. The person said it would be a 45 minute wait for it, so we did not get the extra crispy. It was when we were getting plates ready at home, that we found out(though already suspected) that it in fact was not a legs and thighs bucket, and the chicken WAS in fact soggy.

I'm going with one star. Tired of them piling everything in one bag. I lost half my gravy from everything being piled in a paper bag overflowing with stuff. Just because you put a plastic bag around it doesn't mean its okay. My biscuits that used to be in a box were just wrapped with a piece of white paper that doesn't even cover them all the way so they were smashed and soaking in the gravy. Kfc Taco Bell Petoskey, the place you get 100 taco sauces but let's only use one bag no matter what. The food cost enough for you to use 2 bags.

Every time I come to the KFC. I always ask for extra crispy chicken in the bucket family meal. They never have any extra crispy chicken ready. It’s always a 20 minute wait. It’s so disappointing. You drive over an hour to come to here and get a bucket of chicken for your family And they never have any available. My family doesn’t like the original recipe chicken. They only like the extra crispy.
KFC is hit and miss, I got the famous bowl, was worth getting cause its so down hill most other places, chicken was fresh, wish it had more cheese. Not the cleanest but not bad, would eat there again driving through.

I have never been at a fast food restaurant with such filthy conditions and with such rude employees. The bath room had toilet paper all over the floor, one stall was out of order, and the toilet was stained from urine. The girl that waited on us, was very rude and disrespectful. The other employees were dancing and hanging around talking while the dining room floor and tables were dirty and they didn't refill the straws, utensils, sauces, etc. Also the one pop machine was out of order. I will never go back.
