KFC has gotten pricey, compared to what they use to be when they first opened and the value is gone, the food is good but has been Shrink sized like everybody else...smhToday's food was ok but not as good as usual. Hopefully this is just a one time thing!!

My order was wrong and when I told the person behind the counter, they slammed the correct food on the tray and stormed away. Even the person next to me stayed "somebody had a bad attitude" so I know it just wasn't me witnessing the unprofessional behavior. I will probably think twice before ever stopping in there again. There are too many other places to choose from. Why go to a place which has poor customer service.

It was freezing in the lobby, my order was screwed up( all 3 of them), and my to-go order was missing the mac-n-cheese that I wanted instead of 2 mashed potatoes and gravy. But of course, I didn't find this out until I had gotten home almost an hour later! Not like I'm going to waste my time, gas, and energy to drive back for some mac-n-cheese that's gonna be cold when I get it anyways.

Couldn't place order ahead of time to pick up unless over 100 piecs, yet had to wait at least 10 minutes for 24. Couldn't drive through.
I've been eating here for quite some time and I'm going to have to say they have the best energy I have ever seen in any restaurant they treat you very good their service is very good and their food is also very good whether it's chicken or tacos that's why I come back .... I wish there was one person that I could bring up but they all seem to be equally awesome..... Thank you for everything our country really needs more of this... Good positive energy.

I went through the drive thru around 4:30 today the guy was super nice l, but when I got back to work ( literally 3 minutes away) all my fries were cold and gross, my chicken strips cold and chewy and ofcourse he didn’t put the sauce I asked for in with the order! Usually I really like their food but I’m pet sure they gave me left over lunch food?

KFC and Taco Bell are very consistent with the quality of their food which I think is pretty good but the place was really dirty, every trash container was overflowing with trash and floor and seats and tables could definitely use more attention to detail. It's not only in this location it seems everywhere I go things are dirty, stores, hospitals, restaurants. You would think that everything we have been through because of covid that keeping a CLEAN environment would be everyone's number 1 concern, come on guy's, you can do better...
