Never acknowledged, waited as 3 customers who came after were waited on still no acknowledgement t . I took my business across the road to Murdock fudge where I was greeted immediately and was in and out in less time that I wasted standing in Kilwins on Howard street,

Ordered a chocolate shake and patiently watched as the server weighed out the ice cream(taking some out after weighing), then pouring chocolate syrup into a measuring cup and then the milk. He said they measure every shake to make sure they are perfect. Either he did not know how to measure or they have terrible formulas as this shake was undrinkable. Never have we had a shake that was so over flavored. None of us could handle drinking this shake that had way too much chocolate flavoring. Even the kids would not drink it and they put chocolate in almost everything.
