Brianna G was the best waitress I have had ever at Luckys and then best I had had in a long time! However I do not appreciate how their Boss (Rosie I believe) treat them all she is Extremely rude and they should not be treated like that!! Food was excellent this time !

Was worried after reading the reviews. However. after waiting for the hostess for a few minutes since she was preparing a take out all was smooth. Food was good for the price, service doesnt get much better. Certainly didnt see any dirtiness and observed other tables bussed and cleaned promptly

DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT! The service is awful for takeout. Place an order online for pickup. Wait the appropriate time, drive to Luckys. To be greeted by staff that want nothing to do with you. Literally throw your food bags on the table for pick up. To get home and find the order being wrong in someway. This time, the Mahi we ordered was missing all of the veggies it was supposed to come with. This is not my first, second, third time with this exact situation. I have done this at least a dozen times to the exact same situation. The food can be excellent, but the rest destroys what good credit the food carries.

We got in not long after they opened so it was quiet, quick and fast service. They were great about getting us our bread as soon as it came out of the oven and were attentive. The food was delicious and huge portions! I had enough Chicken Parmesan for lunch and dinner later on! My husband got the fish and he said it was good! Honestly, price wasn't bad at all for the amount of food you get!
Stood at front door 10 minutes before being greeted. Salads came AFTER the meal. Wouldn't take anything off Bill for their errors. Steak was warm at best and way under cooked. Baked potato was not even warm enough to melt the butter. Never got refills. Absolutely terrible experience all the way around. One and only time visit for us.

Worst experience ever. Rosie the manager/hostess definitely needs how to learn to be professional. Her eye roll was childish. The food was tasteless the baked potatoes were hard even on the second try. Do not recommend this restaurant at all

Me and my grandparents went there last night and all we could hear is arguing coming from the kitchen managers screaming at their employees really bad. The food was horrible. It was cold. Disgusting soggy never again. Will I go there?

Had a very nice meal. Tried the stuffed grouper which was delicious. Some of the best grouper I've had. My wife had a salad with added chicken which was huge and according to her very good as well. Our server was pleasant and did a good job so it was a pleasant dining experience. Would return again.
