Maple Moon Sugarbush and Winery

If you’re visiting wineries in the Petoskey area, Maple Moon is a must! Super cute winery with fantastic wines.

Wonderful service, we got lost of great suggestions and friendly conversation. We left with delicious maple wines. Nice afternoon stop.

Great atmosphere, great wine, great syrup! Service is also excellent and it's a smaller place so it feels homey. You also get a souvenir glass with a tasting, and the wine is wonderful.

Good place

The stop into this winery is worth the trip. It is quaint and rustic decorated. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The wines are good, with the nice added flavor of the maple syrup. It seems to help smooth out the flavors. Nice selection of various kinds of syrups, salsa and other canned speciality items.

Very nice selection of maple wines (from very dry to very sweet), and more. Wine tasting is great to get a sense of what falls better in your lap.

Wine was good. They had a variety of dry, semi-sweet, and sweet varieties. It is a smaller winery that specializes in maple syrup added wines. The bottles are very small. The disappointment was that they have screw off caps, not corks. Therefore the wine is meant to be drank within a very short time. We have a cellar, so sadly, it wasn't for us. They had very small appetizers that were pre-made. The woman at the bar made a big mistake and charged me $56 for a $42 bill. She corrected it when I questioned it, but I would pay close attention to your bill. Wine is overpriced.

Very knowledgeable of all their products ( which are ALL very yummy) and willing to stay even if my arrival (to pick up) was after their posted closing hours! Love, love, love this winery!

What a great experience! Kyle shared so much knowledge he shared about each wine, and the process,we tried in our tasting. We are from out of state and was telling us all about the wine tour, we had no idea! This is exactly what I am looking for in a winery!

Great atmosphere, great wines. Unique, made with maple wines. Enjoyed our little stop here. Very welcoming owners and enjoyed listening to their story. The maple peach and maple royal were amazing sweet wines! Our 2 favorites we tasted today.

The wine, salsa, granola, and syrup were perfect and Karen made the experience amazing we will definitely be back!
