Waiting for ten minutes in a dead lobby and they act like we weren't even here worst service ever! Ms Andrea gave us no acknowledgement no hello greetings at all. And on top of that the other male manager antagonized us propped up on the counter when I brought this behavior to their attention like we were the problem. Will never return!
The whole point of ordering breakfast burritos is to get the hot or mild sauce. How about you put my crap in my bag next time. Not the first time. Most likely won’t be the last. Coffee was good for once. 8am drive thru run 10-19-24

Never have I ever felt offended by language and bad customer service before, This lady that takes your order at the drive thru was literally on FaceTime loud laughing and cussing up a storm while we're parked outside her window and for me to feel offended says alot, I do however know that in customer service and being on your phone is a big no no. Called the store to tell the manager on night duty and he started giving us some excuses until he heard her throu our phone and then went to talk to her. He leaves she's still on the phone just quieter, then goes back a couple mins later to tell her again... He literally stood there until she hung up. I do appreciate the manager for that. I didn't however appreciate the lady in the pickup window practically forced our food into our vehicle said "here you go" wow...
Very very very rude took 7 minutes to even have someone turn around and wait on me I was the only customer in the there … they were just chit chatting and very poor customer service… But extremely rude people with a manager standing right there and he allowed it .. just a horrible place to even go in…

I live here year round so I feel that my review should matter. I also never write reviews. When I specifically tell you I’ll wait the extra minutes for fresh food and you hand me cold fries, a burger that was probably made an hour ago, and nuggets that are not warm in the middle… that’s just unacceptable. It’s only during the summer here, when the tourists take over, but paying $20 for cold “fast food” is unacceptable. Lost my business. I’m not always by an air fryer to make it the way it should have been handed over to me. Do better.

Food was awesome but for the first time ever going here had a middle aged worker act nasty, was extremely rude when asked for a ranch, and then throws it on our tray instead of just handing it to him. Usually every time we come to this one we are always greeted with smiles and just a awesome crew.
