I haven't been to a McDonald's in over 10 years. My wife who is from Asia wanted to experience McDonald's here because she wanted to see if it was similar to the one back home. Terrible comparison. The self kiosk didnt print our order ticket. The employee proceeded to check his computer but still got the order wrong. Forgetting our chicken nuggets. After getting the full order we checked the sandwich we got that added mustard to our order and you guessed it, no mustard on the sandwich. Truly its embarrassing, fast food places in other countries are cleaner, more professional, and have better customer service than America. Everyone at this location looked like they hated their job and the customers coming in, even when their job required minimal contact because of the kiosks. Probably won't be back for another 10 years.

foods fine but dayum the woman with long red hair that gave us our food was straight stink eyeing like CRAZY, she didnt even say a word just straight side eyes and gave us our food it was wild like she must have been having a bad day

Northside of potassi, McDonald's opened at 6 AM. I was their first customer. I waited 10 minutes for a steak and egg cheese bagel meal. I went inside to see why it was taking so long. And they were still setting up food for the day. They were not even making a sandwich. I thought they went in an hour early to be ready at six a m.My mistake and then they were very computational.When I asked why it was taking so long

Enjoy this McDonald's. Easy walking distance from Magnus City Campground in Petoskey, Mi. They even still have their fountain drink machine. Nice eating area.
