Hot and fresh delicious pretzels

Absolutely everything you want in a hot pretzel. Salty, crunch on the outside, fluffy inside. 10/10

If there is a line, and there probably will be, it is 100% worth the wait!! Their pretzels are SO good, the staff is quick and friendly, and the prices are so reasonable.

While the business is small, they do amazing with the space! People seem to understand and everyone is always kind. My teenage kids love going and we've never had a bad experience!! Pretzels are amazing 👏

Delicious pretzels. We tried one of each! Very little seating available - assume takeout.

Couldn't pass this place up after finding the scent coming from there door! Although it did seem a little pricey for pretzels, they were the best pretzels I have ever had. Soft, warm, flavorful! Will definitely be back for another treat next time I visit Petoskey!

Quick, fresh and priced well. My family said the pretzels were amazing!

When I heard there were fresh hand-rolled pretzels in town, I had to give Petoskey Pretzel Co. a try. I’ve only ever had pretzels from Auntie Anne’s or Wetzel’s, so this was a delicious upgrade.

The small shop was packed, clearly a local favorite. I stopped in right after a workout to fuel the gains. I grabbed the cheese Pretza and the classic cinnamon sugar, both were phenomenal, especially the cinnamon one as a dessert.

If you’re anywhere near Petoskey, this spot is a must-try for pretzel lovers and newbies alike.

The smell coming out is this place is always amazing, so I gave it a second go. The pretzels aren’t terrible, but they really lack the thick, chewy, brown crust you expect on a pretzel, so they’re more like a dinner roll that happens to be a fun shape. You can see how pale it is around the sides in the photo. Flavor isn’t bad, but a little sweet for my personal taste, which might be counterbalanced if the crust was better. The dips are good, and if you’re getting something basic, it makes a decent, cheap snack that you can grab and go. But they definitely fail to scratch the pretzel itch for me.

Ohhh my gosh. That was the best pretzel I have ever eaten! I went in and was back inside in 10 minutes for seconds. So delicious!

While the pretzels had decent flavor, the texture was lacking—dense and overcooked. The first one I received was visibly burned, and when I pointed it out, the staff member took it from me abruptly, tossed it in the trash, and told me to choose another. Unfortunately, that one was also burned on the bottom. The staff came across as rude and unhelpful, which made the experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend stopping here.
